I have a question about a certain problem that I’ve encountered. Actually, it’s not a problem; it’s more that I need your advice. So, I have reinstalled Windows and all the settings are gone.  That means I have no idea how to use my webcam and scanner. Last time, my boyfriend fixed everything, but we’re not together anymore. Do I heed some drivers for those devices?

I suppose that you do. But don’t worry it’s very easy to install drivers for those devices. Try to find the packages for your webcam and scanner and see if the drivers are there, or look somewhere where you keep your important discs. Anyway, when you find them, just insert them and click on install tab. In case you have lost your drivers, don’t get very upset because it’s not so terrible. You can go to the store where you purchased your devices and ask them for a piece of advice about where to find drivers. I’m sure that the people who service scanners and other PC equipment have drivers for the most common models and you can ask some of them to copy you disks.
