Scanner and Printer not recognized

Hello! I have bought my new HP all-in-one, but still I am not able to install it. Somehow my XP lets me know that it is not recognized. I do not know what the cause of this issue could be. I have done everything by the book (least I think so). Have you any idea what I should do to solve this? Thank you!

Hello! First check if other USB devices work on your system, because your USB port maybe is cause. Also check if USB is enabled in your BIOS. Download the latest drivers for your HP and install them. Also, try to uninstall/install your HP. Try to change your USB cable, could be that it is broken. Some of these suggestions will help.
