Hello! I have Windows vista Home Premium and I have tried to install HP Scanjet Scanner 4100c several times, but without any success. I do not know what the problem is nor how to solve it. I think that I am doing everything by the book. Have you any advice for me about this subject? Thank you very much!

Hello! You obviously have a trouble with driver for this scanner for Vista. I suggest you to go HP official web site and try to find there missing driver for your Vista. When you find it, download and install it on your system. After that I am sure that you wont have any troubles regarding installing your HP Scanjet Scanner 4100c on Vista.
