Hi there people. I know a lot about spyware and other similar malicious code that flows all over the internet. But, I dont know that much about phishing. I just want to find out which are the most known examples of phishing software. If someone is willing to provide few examples about known phishing scams I will appreciate that very much. Thanks.

Well, there are a lot of these as for as I am introduced. All great and successful services like PayPal, Ebay or E-Gold do have some versions. How to make right decision about suspicious e-mail? Usually, there is a new e-mail message arrived in your inbox from the particular company with there is no need to reply, you will recieve no response in it. This could be a phishing scam e-mail. And if you follow that link, you could suffer your privacy intrusion using your credit card info, etc. There is a method of avoiding other bad situations like browser slowdowns because of phishing. Never use your personal email client offline. Use Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo mail instead. These online web mail servers are still immune, or they have filters or put these emails to the junk email folder automatically.
