Hello! I am running Windows XP Pro operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and my default e-mail client is Outlook Express 6. I have a problem with this browser: I am not able to open or to save attachments from my e-mail messages. I do not know what is happening here, but I hope that you will know.

Hello! Well, this can something to do with some of your security programs (but this is very rare case) or with your Outlook Express 6 settings. Open Outlook Express 6 and click Tools menu, then click Options, then click Security; and then uncheck Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus and click OK button.
