Hey there! Since there is neither cable nor DSL internet available in my town (it’s really small and far away from any important place :0( ) I was thinking about getting Satellite Broadband Internet to use with my PS2. Until now, I’ve been using my dial-up connection but it worked only with one game. Can satellite internet be used with PS2?

I think that you can technically use the satellite connection with PlayStation but since you’ll only have 56k upstream (it’s satellite internet’s max - satellite dish is a receiver) it won’t make much difference when it comes to playing games. Still, your surfing speed will be great. And you’ll be able to download whatever you want so I’d still tell you to do it since you don’t have any other option.
