I have purchased yesterday new 24" Samsung 243T LCD monitor. I have noticed this morning that I have two horizontal lines in the middle of the desktop. These lines I can see only on dark background (dark blue or black). On white background I cant see them. Hat I should do to solve this?

You got DVI and AVG cables and I assume that you connect your monitor with DVI, right? I think that your problem is mix of digital and analog signal: your monitor is receiving both. You only should set them to ignore analog signal and it will work just fine. I have same problem and I have solved it on this way.
