Hi there. I have dual boot system on my PC. Windows XP and Windows 98SE. And ofcourse I got a little problem inside Windows 98. Everythng works fine, except my Samsung CD-rom drive. Windows 98 seems like never will recognize it. I need this CD-rom under Windows 98, and I dont know what to do in order to make it work. If someone is willing to provide any assistance I will appreaciate that pretty much. Thanks.

Yes, you need a driver or a firmware I guess. There are a lot of weird issues regarding Samsung drives and Windows 98 compatibilities. But, all of that has been solved even 5 years a go. Yes, in the past year 2002. Visit the Driver Guide home page and search for a file named D2R3101B.exe. It is the firmware you need. Good luck.
