Same email sent to recipient more than once

Hi all,

Im using Outlook Express 6 and my problem is that each time a i send an email out the recipient recieves the same email more than once. One case one recipient recieved the same email over 900 times and all that was written was "this is my new email adress..." Mad

Is there a setting im missing or have not put in? Any help would be welcomed
