SB Live 5.1 front speakers not working

Hello! I get new Sound Blaster Live DE 5.1. But, I have a problem. Namely, I have five speakers and my front does not work at all. I do not know what cause this problem. Maybe I have made some mistake, I really do not know. I hope that you will tell me what to do to solve this problem.

Hello! Sound Blaster Live DE 5.1 is by default set as analog. Go to its settings and set digital signal and I think that you will solve problem. I am not to familiar with this issue, but I am sure that I am right, because my sister had same problem and repair guy told us this what I have told you.
