Hello! I have two IDE hard drives in my computer case and they are set as master and slave. My motherboard supports SATA too, so, I have bought one more SATA hard drive and I want to add it to my computer case, too, but I am not sure will it work with these two mentioned hard drives. What do you suggest me?

Hello! Well, my suggestion is next: take out one IDE hard drive and make from it external hard drive. In computer case add SATA hard drive. This configuration of hard drives will work best for you. Maybe you can make all of them workable in computer case, but if I were you, I would not push.
