| Hello! Well I am a student, and I had some paper assignment for one of my economic classes and suppose to do some of that report in MS Excel. Imagine my surprise when it was all printed in reverse order. Took me a long time to put them in right one, almost like I was doing another assignment for better mark. I am BTW using the Hewlett Packard printer, is something wrong with it? |

| Well, I guess for that kind of work you suppose to get some extra mark. There is a possibility that settings messed up your work. You could try to change them and see will that solve the problem. Go to the Menu bar, choose Tools and then Options. Look for Print tab and open it with one click on it. You will see there “printing options” line and under that one box for the “reverse print order” check that one, and finish the setting with clicking on OK button and closing up. Normal setting for every printer is to print the pages in order that they appear in your document, so the first one will end up as last. Even these commands could look confusing, obviously printer is just following the numbers, can’t read our thoughts and what meaning word “last” has for us. Hope you will solve the printing problem with this tip! |

Hi there,
I have never known a printer to print in reverse order before that is really odd. I would agree with Madelina and check your settings as they could be the reason for your work being messed up and if so they can easily be altered.
If you have already fixed your printer or do at a later date, can you please let me know how you have got on with it and what the problem wa incase at some point i do come across this problem.
Hope to hear from you soon! |
