I have made a ghost of my hard rive. Now the time is to use this image to restore my broken system. I have DVD with ghost and I need to restore it on C: partition. Can you explain me in a few words how to restore image of my hard drive to a fully working system? I hope that you will respond quickly.

This is easy procedure. Boot your system from Norton Ghost boot disk. When Ghost is ready choose source drive (that would be your DVD with burned hard drive image) and choose partition on which you want to restore this image. After that confirm selection and wait for the process to finish. Then reboot computer and log in fresh Windows installation.
