I have a password to keep my kids off the computer (WinXP) when I'm not at home. However me bad, I have forgotten about it! I tried several combinations, but no luck. Is there anyway of resetting the administrator password? Or am I stuck?

Hello, and welcome to H-Desk Forums.

There are tools available to solve this problem. Ultimate Boot CD for Windows is one tool, having the capability to reset password as well as other abilities.

Here is a guide to use this free tool:

Another tool that you may consider to use is:
Trinity Rescue Kit

If you have any more questions, please ask.
