Removing CPU fan risk for a newbie?

Hello! My friend told me that I have problem with cooler on my processor. i think that it is true, because I have seen that cooler is very dust and I can tell you that I suspect that it is maybe broken, too. Anyway, i am new in this computer things and I want to ask you will I be able to change this cooler?

Hello! I cannot tell you will you be able to change it. That only will know you. I only can tell you that changing cooler on processor is not recommended to newbies, because they can damage processor. i suggest you to ask some skilled person for help and to watch what she/he doing.
