Removed Norton - Nothing works?

Hello! I have been removed Norton on my computer. When it was installed computer has worked very slow. That is Pentium 3 Dell laptop computer. But when I removed it, nothing works. I really don’t know what to do. I am unable to use computer. Can somebody tell me what to do? Thanks for your opinion!

Hi! I don’t know why you removed Norton. I think that is good anti virus program. I really don’t know what to tell you. You can try to format hard drive. If you have a problem to start windows or o use anything, the best solution is to install new system. If you don’t know how, ask somebody for help.
