Hello! I am running Windows XP Home Edition with SP operating system. I have static IP. I have tried to access through Remote Desktop to my computer, but whatever I do, I still cannot access it. I am not so skilled regarding software. I assume hat I am doing something wrong and I will be appreciated if you tell me where.

Hello! I have to tell you that Windows XP Home Edition has only Remote Assistance, not Remote Desktop; Windows XP Professional has Remote Desktop. So, the answer is: you cannot access to your computer with Remote Desktop at all. But, there is way to do that with third part software. There is software called VNC which allows you to access to your XP Home, but you need to install it on your system and on computer from you will access to your computer.
