I had some PDF files that needed to be converted to Word. When I made a conversion a got quite scrambled text with paragraphs totally messed up. I need this to be done as soon as possible but I do not know how to solve this problem. Of course, I have tried several times to make a conversion but got same results. Can you help me here?

You need better conversion utility. There are some commercial utilities that can make perfect conversion from PDF files. These commercial utilities have permission from Adobe to do a little reverse engineering of their propriety format and so they can make better conversion then freeware utilities. If you are going to make these conversions often then I can only suggest you to buy some professional conversion tool.
