Recovering lost emails in Mozilla?

Hi all! I just downloaded the latest update for WinXP from Microsoft’s site but it resulted in loosing all my e-mails in my Mozilla 5.0. The address book is also gone. Why do you think this has happened? I think that this is because some Internet Explorer update came along with this Windows update but I’m not sure. What do you think I should do now?

I’m not sure that this kind of thing can be caused by Windows update. And I really don’t think that Internet Explorer update can affect Mozilla in any way. Still, since Vista is out now, you should be careful when downloading Windows patches. The only advice I have for you now is to download the latest version of SeaMonkey and it may be able to help you. And just be careful the next time and keep a copy of your address book at least somewhere.
