Recovering deleted Email?

Hello! I would like to know something. I am novice user on the computer. Recently I bought new Pentium AMD 64Bit machine. I have windows Vista 64Bit too. If I delete my e-mail can I recover it like from the recycle bin? Can somebody tell me, is that possible? Thanks for your advice!

Hi! Well, I don’t know what to tell you mate. I don’t know which mail program you are using. It can be outlook or maybe something like hotmail or yahoo mail. You can recover your mail only is not deleted from the trash option in the mail program. I am not sure that you can recover deleted mail. Only if isn’t deleted from the recycle bin.
