Recover Internet history

I have accidentally deleted my internet history from Internet Explorer 6. I really need all this stuff back because there are all web sites that I ever visited. Is there any way to recover this information? I would really appreciate if you could answer as soon as possible because this is very urgent situation. Thank you.

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover this information. Internet history is just a list of web page address that you have visited and they automatically clear after 30 days if you have not set it in some other way in Internet Explorer. I do not know what to advise you. Maybe to keep list of visited web sites in Word or on the paper if it is so important to you?
