Record chat on Yahoo Messenger?

I am administering small network and I suspect that users are extensively using Yahoo Instant Messenger. My boss is not happy with that and asked me if I can monitor somehow this activity and possibly keep logs of their chats. I do not like this but I will have to do something. Do you know some software that is able to do this?

You can disable chat on many other ways but lets get to the point. There are several programs that can do what you wish. One of the best is Yahoo Messenger Monitor Sniffer 3.0. It really can do what its developers claim. There is one drawback. It is quite costly for such software. You will have to pay it 70USD, but if you r company is paying then it is not a problem.
