| A quick question: How safe is it to let an internet site reconfigure your browser settings, given that the site in question is that of your ISP? (It shows a prompt for my username and password on the same page, too.) Am I risking a browser hijack if I agree to this? |

I would have to go ahead and say "no" on that, though you can never bee too careful. If you're positive that it's your ISP's site you're submitting to, you should be OK.
A link, perhaps? Which ISP is it, anyway?
