Hi alls,
I've been using the default system firewall that came with XP for as long as I can remember, and never had to try a new one. Until recently, that is: I had to disable the inbuilt XP firewall, and am now unprotected. Could you guys please recommend some 3rd-party ones I could try? Preferably freeware, or at least free trial versions. Thanks in advance!

Zone Alarm Pro has been my firewall of choice for quite a while now, and has been working perfectly for me. IIRC, they have a free download version with some options limited, check it out (zonelabs.com)
Other firewalls that people seem to be happy with include Norton, Outpost Free, Comodo, Kerio Personal, etc.
