Im relatively new in this computer thing, and I dont know too much about viruses. I know I got one last year and at the end I had to reinstall whole system Not the mention all pictures and document I lost that time. So as they say You live you learn, I learned my lesson well and I want to change my behavior. I heard a lot about Anti Virus protection but never used any till now. So what I want from you is a simple advice on this topic. Please recommend some good AV software for me. I need a simple one that dont have too much setting, so I can just install and go. Also I need software as cheaper as it can be.
Thanks.

Welcome to the world of computer viruses. Just joking, this is not so pleasant place to be, but hey its the world that we are living in. So lets try to make it as pleasant as it can be. When we got question like yours we realize that there is no simple answer to it.
To recommend some software from this area you have to think a lot. Why? Because there is a big offer of quality products out there and some are even for free. Yes you read well FREE my friend and they offer decent protection. Why Im saying this? With your level of knowledge (and requirements) they are not bad at all. So I could recommend a few of them
Avast Home free edition
AVG free editon
Commodo antivirus free for life.
I recommend this three because I tried all of them and I sorted them in quality order.
So go ahead try some of them and enjoy surfing with much less caution.
For even more safety on net I recommend that you install any free firewall solution.
Hope I helped and also would be nice to hear opinions from other users.
