When viewing streaming video, I keep getting this weird discrepancy between audio and video. The sound goes about 2 seconds before the picture. I tried reinstalling QT, but it didn't help. Anyone else have the same problem? Ideas on how to solve it? TIA.

Assuming you don't have the same kind of problem with offline videos, I'd say it's probably an internet connection issue, not a QuickTime one. What connection do you have? If the problem is a new one, have you changed any net settings recently? Try disabling firewalls and active virus scanners and see if that changes anything.
