Hello! Few days ago I have visited a web site which should be secure. But after visiting my Norton Antivirus alert me that my system is infected by QuickTimeWebHelper.qtx Trojan horse. I immediately tried system restore, but it did not help. Please, tell me what to do to get rid of this Trojan horse because Norton cannot remove it!

Hello! You have a problem. The only way to remove it is to install some Trojan remover program. When you do that, go to Safe Mode and scan system from there. Before scanning turn off System restore, because there is possibility that this Trojan access it. If this does not help, I am afraid that you will need to reinstall operating system.
