Question about running a webserver

Hello! I would like to ask one question. I am novice PC user and I need little advice. My computer is Dell laptop Pentium 4 machine. I am using Windows XP OS. There is no problem with computer. I would like to know how to run web server? Does anybody know how to do that? Thanks for your opinion or advice!

Hi! Well, that is simply. I don’t know, do you want to open web server site or something else? If you want to open it like a site it is the same like for any website. If you want to open it as administrator that is not available option to you. So, you have prefix like for all sites on the web that is for server too.
