Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and Outlook 2003 as my default e-mail client. I have heard that it is possible to set up rules in Outlook 2003. I have never done this before and I really do not know how to do. I hope you will tell me what I need to do.

Hello. First of all you need to open Outlook 2003, then click Tools menu, then click Rules and Alerts, then Start from a blank rule, then click Next; you will see now: Which condition(s) do you want to check? – select your pop account; then click Next; after this under What do you want to do with the message? – just click Move it to the specified folder and choose folder. When you finish this, just follow wizard to the end.
