Hi! I heard that people complain a lot about that matter, even owners whose printers are from different manufacturers, problem usually pop up during the try to verify the settings. Maybe there is a trick, could try to install it as local printer, not network one, and then add a port and address or something. Must say I have no idea with what you are dealing with there, so cant claim anything with certainty, share more specs.
