I have bought new Logitech cordless keyboard and mouse. Unfortunately, keyboard is not working as I expected. Sometimes it works perfectly and sometimes it is not responding at all. I can not type anything at all. On the other hand, mouse works good all the time. Do you have any suggestion regarding this question about cordless keyboard?

Hello. Cordless keyboard should have visual contact with receiver (the best option) or to be close to receiver with as few obstacles between as possible. Also, receiver should be few inches away at least from any RF or EM emitter (computer speakers, CRT monitor etc.). These devices are emitting waves that can interfere with receiver ability to receive keyboard input.
