I have a question about shrinking DVDs. So, My brother doesn’t have DVD player and I’d like to shrink some DVDs in order for him to be able to watch those movies on his CD but I don’t know how to adjust the settings so that the quality of the movies that I shrink isn’t that poor. Thanks in advance.

I don’t know what program you’re using, but I guess that all of them are similar and that there are certain settings that you can adjust so that the quality is standard. The point is that the larger file, the better quality. Don’t try to decrease the size of the file too much in order to create smaller files because then the quality will be poor. Each of those programs have at least basic help menu and you should take a look at it and see everything that you want to know. I can’t tell you precisely how to adjust those settings but, I’m sure that all that is not that complicated.
