Hello there. I am trying to create some particular word file in office 2000 and some certain areas of the document should be protected and they must not accept any change by some other users. I also want to leave some table cells unprotected for data inserting. I know this is not hard to do, but I really don’t have enough time to start learning again on my own. I will appreciate any provided help. Thanks.

Hello. I suppose that you want to create protected email template, right? Ok, here are few basic rules. Don’t get confused when you got into the design mode, because if you do so, the design mode will not allow you to protect the document. Build your template than after that, enter the design mode, click on tools>protection and from the task pane, apply options you like.
