Hello! Regarding the fact that I use internet every day, all the time from my work place, I want to ask you how I can protect my online activities. Our network administrator told us that we must take care, but he did not tell how. So, I am asking you in name of my colleagues and my name, too, what we should do. Thanks!

Hello! Your network administrator should be more specific. But, never mind. I suggest you to after visiting internet clean yours temporary folder and all of the cookies, so, on that way you will protect yours machines to be infected with some ad aware programs. Also, do not left on web sites confidential information about your firm or your personal data.
