Hello! My name is Donald and I have very weird problem. I have reinstalled my Windows XP Home operating system and since then I have some problems with my video. I have installed Service Pack 2, too. Regard video, I can tell you that I am not able to play all video files I have. The weirdest thing is that I can play some .avi files, but some .avi files cannot.

Hello! First of all, I need to tell you that format of your video files have nothing with playing or not playing. Regard the fact that you have reinstalled your operating system; I can tell you that your problem is not weird at all. Namely, you have deleted some needed codecs, so, you will need to download and install some codec pack from the internet and to install it.
