Hello. I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and Microsoft Office 2003. I want to ask you following: my default e-mail client is Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and I have a problem with it. Namely, I am not able to open some received emails. Can you help me with this?

Hello. Well, I assume that mentioned e-mail messages are infected and your security programs prevent their opening. But, if this is not case, could be that something is wrong with your Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. If this is case, you will need to try to repair it. If this does not help, then you will need to uninstall it and install it again (this will solve problem for sure).
