I have a problem with virus scans. My system is infected; I know that because I run Kaspersky yesterday. It found few viruses, but it can not delete them. It reports some kind of error, saying that the object could not be deleted. What shall I do? What can I to fix it? Do I need another antivirus software maybe?

No, I do not think you should change your antivirus software. Kaspersky is great, it is in my opinion the best one of the kind. So, don’t even think in that direction. I think that a problem may be in the fact that the files that need to be deleted are system files, or that they are currently running. If that is the case , you need to somehow close those process , but I can not quite tell you how to  I think you should see which files are infected and which virus/trojan infected them, and than look up on the internet for the solution to that problem. There are some viruses and trojans that have applications designed specially for them, so maybe you will need to download one of them.
