I am a proud owner of Sony mp3 player. It uses USB 1.0 for connection with computer. It has 512 MB of memory and has two AAA batteries. When I try to pull it out my USB plug, computer reboots. Every time. When I turn it on, everything is same as it was before. I connect it to computer, copy my songs, plug out and I reboots again. I dont understand what is happening, how can I repair this problem? Whats the source of the problem, computer or mp3 player? Thanks!

| Hi there! First thing you should when you want to remove it, is to click remove icon. Its in the taskbar, in the right bottom corner. Click here and you with see a menu with your mp3 player. Click remove safely, and then you will see a message. Its now safe to remove your harware. Or something like that. Now you can remove mp3 player safely. You didnt mention software you are using with your mp3 player. Did you get any software with it? If you did, uninstall it, and connect your drive. Now everything should work fine. Sometime they give you very bad software, which can cause you serious trouble. Anyway, use safely remove hardware option, whether you use mp3 players software or not. |
