Greetings. I have very weird but quite functional network at my work. All computers are visible to everyone, but only few of them are visible from my network places folder. The others can be accessed only from the address bar by typing their IP addresses. I have tried to resolve this during my break time, but without any progress. I am just little curious about, my job does not depends on this at all. If anyone knows the trick, thanks.

Hello. Well, here is some very odd trick which is applicable and very alike to do, like in The Unix world. There are few small editable files (with notepad, of course) which resident inside C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts folder. Open them with notepad, but be very careful there, and add what you wish for if you know “the truth”.
