Hi, we get many of such problems . Please follow the instructions below exactly:
1) Print out the following set of instructions for your own convenience.
2) Open Internet Explorer, then copy the following address and paste it into the address bar of Internet Explorer:

3) When the program opens, click CONTINUE.
If you see a yellow bar at the top of the window with a message about ActiveX controls, click the bar and then click Install ActiveX control. When a small box appears, click Install.
4) When you see "Do you want to run this software," click Run or Yes.
5) When you see "Downloading files. This may take several minutes," click OK.
When you see "This will install Symantec LiveUpdate on your computer," click Yes.
- If you then see "The installed version of LiveUpdate on this system is already up--to-date," click OK.
- When LiveUpdate is installed, you see a message that you may have to restart the computer. Do not restart at this time.
6) When you see "Welcome to Norton Removal Tool," click Next.
7) I accept the License Agreement, and click Next.
Type the letters and numbers that you see in the white box, and then click Next.
Click Yes or OK at each prompt.
- You may need to click a button more than once, and your computer may be restarted more than once.
- You may be asked to repeat some steps after the computer restarts.
