Hello! I am running Windows XP operating system and my default e-mail client is Outlook Express. But, my Outlook Express does not work properly. Namely, my Sent items folder is empty and it should contain all of my sent e-mail messages. Can you tell me how I can repair this? Thanks!

Hello, Adam! First of all, your Outlook Express is not broken. Your Sent items folder is empty because you did not configured it to keep sent e-mail messages. To configure it to keep these messages you will need to do following: open Outlook Express, then click on Tools menu, then click Options. Options dialog box will appear. Click on send tab and check there Save a copy of sent messages in ‘Sent Items’ folder. After this click Apply button, then OK button.
