Problem retrieving email in Outlook Express

Hello! I have problem with retrieving e-mail in Outlook Express. I have no problem with sending e-mails. The weirdest thing is that I do not get any error message when I click send/receive button. I have never faced this problem before and I do not know how to solve it. Have you any idea? Thank you!

Hello! If you have two accounts on one e-mail client then this error may occurs. Also, verify that you have entered right settings for pop3 server, because if you did not this problem may occurs. If nothing of mentioned above is not case, then your internet service provider have a problem and you should contact them.
