Problem is monitor or graphics card?

I have just reinstalled my Windows. I have WindowsXP SP2. It is my first time that I installed windows. But I have some problems with my computer now. My picture, when I try to change pages, is freezing. Can you tell me if the Problem is monitor or graphics card? Any opinion is very valuable. Thank you in advance.

I think that you don’t have any problem. Maybe you think that I am making joke with you. But I am not, honest. I will ask you only one question. Have you installed drivers for your graphic card? That thing that you described, I think that it happens because you don’t have driver for your graphic card. Something like tat happened to me, the first time I reinstalled my computer. And I was very scared because I thought that I made some mistake. But then I remembered that I forgot to install drivers. After installing driver, everything worked just fine. So, I suggest you to do the same thing. If you installed drivers, than I don’t have clue whet your problem is.
