Hello people. I have problems regarding Adobe Acrobat Professional version 6.0. I just cannot create or convert any PDF file. I don’t know what to say about this, but I think this has something to with the malware vulnerabilities. I tried to update this software version to the latest 6.0.6 version, but without any changes or improvements. What should I do here? Thanks so much for any help.

Hi. This could be the possible malware infection, but before everything try to delete the acroform.api file in the Acrobat directory. This might resolve your problem. Maybe there is no need to be suspicious regarding malware. Try to delete all temporal contents from your hard drive, and then clean up the Registry database with your favorite utility. After that repair the Acrobat installation.
