I have apple laptop and Mac OS 10.2 on it. I have installed some third part software on it and, now, I can not access to it. I am sure that I have installed it properly and very carefully. I do not know what to do now or how to repair this. If you have more experience then me, I kindly ask you to help me. Thanks!

Probably you have installed it like some other user, so you cant access to it now. You have to change permission. To do that: go to finder and select file or folder, then from the file menu choose show, using dialog box change permissions. Just remember that you should install everything when you are logged as administrator.
