When I start Microsoft Word I get message telling me that Word is preparing to install. I do not know why is this happening because I have Word installed. This issue begun few days ago and until then everything worked fine. It is not a problem because Word works after this but it is annoying and I would like to solve it.

I think you will have to reinstall Office to solve t this problem. Such things are happening when license keys are missing from registry. Many things can cause license keys to disappear from registry and it is not anyones fault. As I said, just reinstall Microsoft Office and everything will be back to normal.
