I have big power supply problem. A really big problem. I recently bought a UPS from major manufacturer. In the specs, it says it can power the PC for additional 30 minutes when the electricity is gone. Nevertheless, it cant even run for 5 minutes. What is the problem? Do I must return the UPS to the store, and demand a new one? Or, maybe I somehow managed to do something with it? I just dont know. Please help me.

And how do you think to help you, when you didnt write what is the main problem. You say that it can run for only 5 minutes. What did you connect to UPS? Have you connected TV, or stereo, or scanner, or printer? These devices are very big power consumers, so it will drain the UPSs batteries very fast. Connect to UPS just your PC, monitor, and if you have, wireless mouse or keyboard.
