Hello! I have Dell Inspiron 2650 laptop with installed Windows XP Pro SP2 on it. I have used PowerQuest Data Keeper 5.0 to backup files because I wanted to do clean install of Windows. So, I did it, but now I have problem with restoring some files, because PowerQuest Data Keeper cannot see them. Can you help me with this? Thank you!

Hello! Well, regarding the fact that PowerQuest Data Keeper saves files in .zip files (compressed files), you can open files with any ZIP program. But, if you cannot unzip those files with some ZIP program, then your PowerQuest Data Keeper did not compressed those files, so, you will be able to open them with Notepad.
