Hello! I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 operating system and Microsoft Office 2002. I have some problem with Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2002. When I try to open it, I am getting some strange error message that PowerPoint encountered some error and must be shut dawn. Can you help me with this?

Hello! This is bug in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2002. More about this bug you can read on Microsoft official web site in article number 305040. I can tell you that Microsoft developed hotfix for this bug and only you need to do is to download and install mentioned fix. This will solve your problem for sure.
