I have an external hard disk and it is works properly. But I have thought about something, regarding the fact that I have to borrow it to my sister for few days. Is there any substitute for external hard disk, because if there is, I should give it to her, and my hard disk will stay at me? If you know what possible substitute is, please, let me know! Thanks!

It is very wise of you. Well, you can try with usb stick with 2GB capacity. I suppose that your sister needs hard disk for transferring some data. You can surprise her with your present usb stick. If you really want to buy it, I suggest you to buy Kingston one. They are not to expensive, and they are very good.
